The Ancient Art of Qigong

Qigong is one of the oldest forms of health practices the history going back 5000 years.

Fighting Neigong is a type of practice where you will learn how to stimulate your physiology for maximal performance and drastic physiological changes. You will use ancient exercise forms, physical pain, medicine and breathing to stimulate the body and boost your vitality.

The Hidden History of Shaolin Temple

The history you learn in the West and the history you learn in the East are two different things.

Jiang Yu Shan will tell the real story of the Shaolin temple and ancient Kung Fu based on old Chinese books and the oral history he has learned from his masters. Jiang's masters had direct contact with the monks and abbots of the old Shaolin temple before the destruction and commercialization of the temple.

The Golden Bell.

We will cover the small Golden Bell which is one of the most protected skills of the ancient Shaolin temple. The monks worked hard to preserve this skill through history.

The Golden Bell is the protection for both the body and mind the warrior monks used during combat and difficult times. Your body will become as hard as iron and your mind will also become impenetrable to any external forces.

18 Lohan Gong Form

When you combine the Lohan Gong exercises with the body hardening of The Golden Bell, the results are something special. This is the form the ancient Warrior Monks used to prepare themselves for real combat.

The Origin of Monkey Kung Fu (6:23)

One of the doors was Da Sheng Men or Hou Quan Men. People think monkey Kung Fu is all about the acrobatics and movements that mimic the monkeys but this is only a big misunderstanding of the real Monkey style which Jiang Yu Shan calls just "circus stuff".

How Long do i have access to the course?

Your access never expires. If something were to happen to us which is very unlikely, you will be able to download everything to your hard drive.

How does the course work?

After purchasing, you will get your own login credentials to the platform where you can watch and digest the videos on your own time and at your own pace. The platform is extremely easy to use and similar to many other modern platforms. In case you need help, we have contactable support available. We will reply in 24-48 hours, many times in a couple of hours.

Do i need any equipment?

You will need zero equipment for the vast majority of the course. Only The Golden Bell requires certain tools which we will teach how to build yourself or where to get them. Iron rings are an extra, the Lohan Gong form is extremely effective without them.

Is this the typical qigong?

No, this is totally different from the Qigong you can find online on YouTube. Especially the real Warrior Monk Neigong we cover in the course is something we have never seen before in any form.


The Buddhist form is based on a rare and special form of Yi Jin Jin and Ba Duan Jin very few know.

Regarding the teaching material, Jiang Yu Shan teaches everything with Eero and the lessons are very detailed. For example, Jiang can instruct and explain just ONE breathing technique for nearly 20 minutes. The course covers very detailed instructive material for nearly 7 hours. If you are willing to watch the videos multiple times and really pay attention, you will be able to learn the techniques very well.

How long does the course last?

The Golden Bell takes 6-8 years to master, the forms should take a long time to learn and they produce results and benefits forever. There is also a meditation routine and Qigong health routine that it is recommended to be done from 30 days to longer periods.


This is a hard question to answer because this course is not for a short time but for a lifetime. Just watching all the videos will take a very long time (nearly 7 hours) and practicing what is taught will take even longer.


This course should be treated as serious education, not as a short-term program.

Can you learn qigong from an online course?

Of course - as long as the course is done correctly. In this course, every lesson is very detailed and to the point. Almost every lesson also has extra information in addition to the video. We have hundreds of people using our courses and people have been able to learn everything very well. 


For example, in one of the lessons Jiang Yu Shan explains and instructs ONE breathing technique for nearly 20 minutes covering every possible angle (and there are lots of breathing material inside). 

How can i pay for the course?

We accept credit cards and PayPal. If your credit card is not accepted, please use the PayPal option - it should work in almost every country out there and they will also allow you to use your credit card with a nearly 100% success rate. For the monthly payment plan, we can only accept PayPal.

I want to get the course but cannot afford it

The price was decided by Jiang Yu Shan and we consider the price very inexpensive for the size, depth and magnitude of the course. If you want to learn directly from the master, it will be far more expensive.


Becoming Jiang's disciple costs $36,000 USD (32 200€) /1 payment or the same amount split into 20 payments once per year. Jiang has lots of disciples mainly from Taiwan but also from all over the world many who are very respected and skilled teachers on their field. This includes martial artists, Wing Chun masters and more. 


This course is by far the most affordable option to learn from the master. You can also take private lessons from him (as we did) but together with the flights and accommodation it will still be ten times more expensive or more if you want to learn the same amount as he teaches in this course.


Moreover, Jiang does not accept everyone as his students. He picks his students very selectively often through recommendation or good reputation only.


You can see the entire course curriculum above. Again, this is not a typical Qigong course with typical information. You can take cheap Qigong classes in many places but it's like learning the art from some random "blue belt", this is learning directly from the source, the actual grandmaster of the art.


If you are a teacher, trainer, master or an athlete this will be a cheap investment for your education. Everyone else will get real practical tools they can use to enhance their lives for the rest of their lives. A lot of the content can be life-changing.

Can I download the videos?

To protect the information, the videos aren't downloadable. We recommend taking old school notes (this is what the master highly recommends also) and taking pictures in case you need to remember parts of the course when you don't have an internet connection.
